My approach:

My approach to nutrition is rooted in body autonomy, kindness, and individuality. I believe everyone has the right to choose what they do with their body, and my role is to offer guidance, never unsolicited advice. Science forms the foundation of my recommendations, but I always adapt it to meet the unique needs of each person. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and what helps one person may harm another. I aim to help people understand their eating habits and build a healthy relationship with food, free from shame or guilt.

Together we will find a way of eating that feels enjoyable, sustainable and helps you achieve your goals.
