You feel like your relationship with food is significantly impacting your life.

You restrict your food intake.

You have frequent binge episodes.

You are further along in your recovery journey and don't feel that you need my full recovery plan

You would like to get to know me before committing to my full program.

You are a parent, spouse, friend of a person with an Eating Disorder looking for guidance on how to support them.
How does it work:
Sessions are 45-60 minutes long.
During our sessions we will come up with a plan of action to help you:

Nourish your body adequately

Overcome fear, anxiety, obsession and guilt around food and weight gain

Improve body image
