Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching

Online or in person

This is for you if:

  • ​You have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or believe you have an eating disorder.

  • You feel like your relationship with food is significantly impacting your life.

  • You restrict your food intake.

  • You have frequent binge episodes.

  • You are further along in your recovery journey and don't feel that you need my full recovery plan

  • You would like to get to know me before committing to my full program.

  • You are a parent, spouse, friend of a person with an Eating Disorder looking for guidance on how to support them.

How does it work:

Sessions are 45-60 minutes long. 

During our sessions we will come up with a plan of action to help you:

  • Nourish your body adequately

  • Overcome fear, anxiety, obsession and guilt around food and weight gain

  • Improve body image
