This self-paced online course designed to help you break free from the dieting cycle and develop a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. Through our program, you will: 

 

  • Understand what has negatively impacted your relationship with food

  • Unlearn all harmful beliefs around diets and learn how to nourish your body properly and adequately

  • Overcome guilt, shame, stress and fear around food

  • Learn how to cope with your emotions without using food

  • Reconnect with your hunger and satiety signals

The program is made up of 9 modules.

Each module has different sections.

Some sections are just a 3 minute read while other include a workbook for you to complete or an exercise for you to complete during your next meal.

This is a short break down of the modules: 

MODULE 1: 
Current relationship with food and what has influenced it, Diet Culture and why diets fail. Finding your optimal weight.

MODULE 2:

Debunking common nutrition myths and challenging nutrition beliefs. Are  carbohydrates bad? Is sugar toxic? 
MODULE 3: 
Nutrition 101, vitamins and minerals, eating guidelines.

MODULE 4:

Making peace with food, eating without restrictions, fear and guilt.

MODULE 5: 

Improving body image and learning to love your body.

MODULE 6: 

Overcoming emotional eating

MODULE 7: 

Reconnecting to hunger signals, eating until satisfied and not full.

WHAT IS THE DURATION?

The program consists of 8 modules. Each module is made up of different sections, workbooks and tasks for you to complete.
Reading each module takes about 20-30 minutes.
However I suggest spending about a week on each module to complete the tasks, workbooks and truly understand the material.
Overall, you can complete it in 8-10 weeks.

WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING?

In short Intuitive Eating is an approach to eating that emphasizes listening to your body's internal cues of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction, rather than following strict diets or external rules. It promotes a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and one's body. It focuses on making lasting changes that improve both your physical and mental health.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM AN EATING DISORDER?

This program can help you develop a healthy relationship with food. However Eating Disorder recovery is a lot more complex and often requires a more intensive treatment. If you are suffering from an Eating Disorder my coaching would be more appropriate for you.

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

We all have a natural set point weight range. This program gives you the tools to accept this weight range and maintain it effortlessly. Additionally it helps you challenge your desire to lose weight and untangle any internalized weight-bias.
